This stinky tofu stall is located in the very lively Xinming Night Market.

Many years ago, when it was just a stall, we often came here to eat.
Now, it has a storefront and I still find it delicious.
The dining environment is better now, and there’s even air conditioning.
What hasn’t changed is that the business is still very good.

The reason I didn’t give five stars is that it takes too long to wait.
I recommend visiting on weekdays for a better experience,
but this place is still one I will continue to revisit and love.
