The broth of the half-meat, half-tendon beef noodle soup is refreshing and sweet, with large, elastic pieces of beef. The noodles are thick and chewy. The dumpling skins are of moderate thickness, filled generously, with a fragrant pickled vegetable taste and sweet scallops.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is relaxed and comfortable, making it suitable for gathering with friends, which brings joy to people.
The service staff is friendly, carefully confirming the order, and the selection of accompanying soup dishes is rich.
Half muscle, half meat beef noodles
Broth: Refreshingly sweet with no muddled soy sauce flavor commonly found in braised beef noodle soup.
Vegetables: Crunchy, not mushy, allowing you to enjoy individual flavors and textures.
Beef: Large and satisfying pieces, with a chewy texture that is cooked just right—not fatty or dry.
Noodles: Thick wide noodles, perfectly cooked with no raw taste, very elastic and chewy.
Portion: The large bowl is truly generous, and since I ordered dumplings, I should have opted for a smaller bowl.
Dumplings
Skin: Just the right thickness and intact, not a single one was broken.
Filling: Very plump, with fragrant pickled vegetables and sweet scallops.
The service was friendly. I accidentally scratched my dumplings into the set meal, and they repeatedly confirmed with me to help change my order; otherwise, I really couldn't finish the extra soup they provided.
Recommended is half gluten and half meat. The meat is very big and very enjoyable. The noodles are wide and hard. The store claims that the soup does not contain MSG, beef essence and beef bone powder. It tastes sweet, not greasy and very refreshing. At the end of the drink, I was really curious about how it could be so sweet.
The only drawback is that the radish tastes a bit raw. It feels like it was cooked separately and then put into the soup, which doesn't taste very good.
Some meals come with soup that you can take for yourself. The table next door had a lot of pork ribs and radishes. If you want to try them next time, try the dishes that come with soup.
It’s good to come back for a return visit~
