I have eaten so many sukiyaki, some of them are super delicious but super expensive.
Some are cheap but unpalatable, and you can clearly feel that the quality of the ingredients is not good.

The reason why Erguo makes us come back for a return visit is that this is pretty good.
It costs more than 400 per person, which is considered to be on the lower end of the price spectrum among sukiyaki restaurants.
Overall, there are restaurants of the same type, with more than 500 or 600 people having the same feeling.

There are quite a few choices of meat.
There are pigs, chickens, cows and ducks, and each has its own subdivision.
The performance is okay, I can only win three sets at a time, although it is a bit less.
But the delivery speed is very fast, which is acceptable. Walking a few more times can also relieve your stomach (?)

Special praise should be given to the chicken tenders
Generally speaking, we rarely order chicken at sukiyaki
After all, I have been poisoned by too much Chai Chai Chicken.

But Er Guo’s chicken tenders are marinated and delicious, with a smooth and tender texture.
Even if it is overcooked accidentally, there will be no sticky feeling, and the performance of the chicken is quite satisfactory.
Therefore, in addition to pig and duck, we rarely ordered a second plate of chicken tenders.

The soup of sukiyaki is on the salty side and not that sweet.
This part comes down to personal preference, although I would like it to be a little sweeter.
But there are advantages to being salty. You won’t want any dipping sauce other than egg yolk.
Moreover, some melons and fruits are cooked for a longer time, and after absorbing the salty soup,
It becomes a masterpiece directly.

For the buffet bar, vegetables & hot pot ingredients & curry rice & salad
It has everything it needs, but it's quite average and not particularly outstanding.
