The pork bone and chicken white soup ramen offered by this ramen shop are both very delicious. Especially surprising is the variety of char siu options available for the pork bone ramen. The broth is rich but not overly salty, and the noodles can be customized, allowing every customer to find their favorite flavor.
The atmosphere in the restaurant is lively. Although it is full, it creates a warm dining environment that is perfect for sharing delicious food with friends.
Although it’s just the boss who prepares the meals, the service efficiency is good. Customers can feel the boss's dedication while waiting in line. The table turnover rate is fast, and the waiting time is not long.
🎉Taoyuan Dinner Exclusive Ramen🎉
🎉4.9-Star Highly Rated Ramen🎉
When I wanted to have ramen for dinner, I thought I had tried all the ramen places in Taoyuan. Little did I know, there’s this highly-rated ramen spot in the Taoyuan district 😆 I rushed over and found that although the restaurant is located in the city, it's closer to the outskirts. I initially thought there wouldn’t be many people, but to my surprise, there was a huge crowd even after 7 PM 😏 The restaurant offers customizable ramen, allowing each person to choose their preferences on an individual card 👍
Char Siu Tonkotsu Ramen (Meat Lover's):
As a meat lover, how could I not order the meat lover's version? 😁 When it arrived, the amount of meat was super satisfying 🤩 The char siu in the restaurant was plentiful; the chicken char siu was incredibly tender, the seared char siu was very fragrant, and the sous-vide char siu had the most portion. Although it was tender, I still preferred the seared aroma. I hope the owner could offer a fully seared version 😁 The broth is rich and not overly salty; for soup lovers, you can choose a light or normal flavor to truly enjoy this rich pork bone soup.
Ajitsuke Tamago Chicken White Soup:
The chicken white soup version is lighter and refreshing. Besides the standard chicken char siu, it also includes seared char siu. Although both flavors can satisfy at once, I feel the chicken char siu version is better enjoyed on its own 😁 Ramen nowadays seems to always include chopped purple onions, which not only looks good but also enhances the texture 👏
To sum up:
I didn’t expect to find such a nice ramen spot in Taoyuan 😁 While there’s often a wait during meal times, the turnover rate is relatively quick. There’s also a scallion mountain ramen on the menu that looks quite good 👍 I’ll come back next time to try it out ☺️
This ramen shop just opened in February this year
On weekdays in April, my boyfriend wanted to go out to eat before working overtime, so he said there was a huge queue.
I visited around 19:30 on Sunday, and the queue lasted about 15 minutes.
Mainly sells pork bones and chicken white soup base
The difference between several items of tonkotsu lies in the amount of meat.
In addition, tonkotsu is available in two flavors: soy sauce/salt.
The noodle body can be thick or thin, especially udon noodles.
You can add a hemisphere or a sphere for free
Both noodles and soup can be customized, so one person has to write an order
This time I ordered:
🫶Special Tonkotsu Ramen (Salt Flavor) 270
🫶Wei Yu Chicken White Soup 250
The saltiness of the soup is normal.
👉🏻Special Tonkotsu has 3 types of barbecued pork
Chicken barbecued pork, grilled pork barbecued pork, thinly sliced pork barbecued pork
I recommend that boys go straight to this bowl. It has a lot of meat and is very satisfying.
And every type of barbecued pork is seriously delicious.
I used to think that Xiangda’s chicken barbecued pork was number one in my mind.
Now Katsuragita wins! !
The saltiness of the soup is normal, not too oily or too salty
But it still has the richness of tonkotsu
Like~
👉🏻The half-eaten picture is of chicken white soup
This bowl will have roasted pork barbecued pork and chicken barbecued pork
I chose the hard noodle, it’s really hard and refreshing.
I prefer chicken white soup to tonkotsu soup
It has the same richness, but is more refreshing than tonkotsu soup.
There were about 10 people in the restaurant, and only the boss was serving the meal.
If you're afraid of queuing, go out to eat early.
