Originally, this store was called Xiaodao Egg Burger. After hearing a conversation between a customer and the boss, I found out that this store had been renamed Niijima Egg Burger, which lacked the homophone flavor😝

Egg burgers don’t seem to be found everywhere, they are almost all found in the south! It consists of an egg on one side and a hamburger skin on the other, and the flavor you choose is wrapped inside.
The boss repeatedly reminded that the cooking time will be relatively long, about 15 minutes. There are small chairs in front of the store where you can sit and wait. There is a fan on the ceiling so it is not too hot.
If you are in a hurry or need a larger quantity, you can call to order in advance. I feel that local people are using the method of ordering by phone to pick up the food on the spot. Several groups of customers come directly to pick up the food after getting off the motorcycle ~
They have quite a variety of flavors, and there are also original and cheese-added versions. Finally, I chose the flavor I was most interested in!

The egg is full of flavor, and the beaten pork in the middle is just salty without being too salty.
The overall bite is very satisfying, somewhere between fluffy and solid.
Next time I come to the Institute, I will order it first and then pick it up on site. I will want to try the mentaiko flavor later. I see many people bring this 👍🏻
