Taipei Neihu - A local affordable hot pot restaurant, where you can enjoy unlimited white rice and a free beverage bar. The restaurant's name is a play on the Taiwanese phrase "you’re definitely full," as the owner wants all customers to leave feeling satisfied.

You can choose to add special satay sauce to the pot; I opted not to, fearing the flavor would become too oily and heavy, allowing me to enjoy the original taste of the broth. There are plenty of ingredients—ample cabbage, two shrimp, six clams, two slices of pork, squid, vermicelli, tofu, soy skin, and some hot pot ingredients; however, I’m not a fan of the hot pot ingredients. Additionally, the ingredients are served raw, so you have to wait for them to boil.

The seafood ingredients are fairly common and not particularly fresh. The shrimp and squid seem to be frozen, and one clam didn’t open. I initially thought the seafood pot would include slices of fish, but it didn’t.

You can refill the white rice and beverages for free, but the unsweetened green tea I had tasted a bit sour and was strange, which was a downside.

🔹 This place has a good local reputation, and the owner is quite interesting and often holds events to give away meat. In terms of affordable hot pots, the quality is acceptable, and there’s a lot of food, so you can eat until you’re full. Additionally, if you don't like hot pot ingredients, you can let the owner know in advance.
