🎉Taoyuan Dinner Exclusive Ramen🎉
🎉4.9-Star Highly Rated Ramen🎉
When I wanted to have ramen for dinner, I thought I had tried all the ramen places in Taoyuan. Little did I know, there’s this highly-rated ramen spot in the Taoyuan district 😆 I rushed over and found that although the restaurant is located in the city, it's closer to the outskirts. I initially thought there wouldn’t be many people, but to my surprise, there was a huge crowd even after 7 PM 😏 The restaurant offers customizable ramen, allowing each person to choose their preferences on an individual card 👍
Char Siu Tonkotsu Ramen (Meat Lover's):
As a meat lover, how could I not order the meat lover's version? 😁 When it arrived, the amount of meat was super satisfying 🤩 The char siu in the restaurant was plentiful; the chicken char siu was incredibly tender, the seared char siu was very fragrant, and the sous-vide char siu had the most portion. Although it was tender, I still preferred the seared aroma. I hope the owner could offer a fully seared version 😁 The broth is rich and not overly salty; for soup lovers, you can choose a light or normal flavor to truly enjoy this rich pork bone soup.
Ajitsuke Tamago Chicken White Soup:
The chicken white soup version is lighter and refreshing. Besides the standard chicken char siu, it also includes seared char siu. Although both flavors can satisfy at once, I feel the chicken char siu version is better enjoyed on its own 😁 Ramen nowadays seems to always include chopped purple onions, which not only looks good but also enhances the texture 👏
To sum up:
I didn’t expect to find such a nice ramen spot in Taoyuan 😁 While there’s often a wait during meal times, the turnover rate is relatively quick. There’s also a scallion mountain ramen on the menu that looks quite good 👍 I’ll come back next time to try it out ☺️
