This ramen shop just opened in February this year
On weekdays in April, my boyfriend wanted to go out to eat before working overtime, so he said there was a huge queue.
I visited around 19:30 on Sunday, and the queue lasted about 15 minutes.

The difference between several items of tonkotsu lies in the amount of meat.
In addition, tonkotsu is available in two flavors: soy sauce/salt.
The noodle body can be thick or thin, especially udon noodles.

The saltiness of the soup is normal.

I recommend that boys go straight to this bowl. It has a lot of meat and is very satisfying.
And every type of barbecued pork is seriously delicious.
I used to think that Xiangda’s chicken barbecued pork was number one in my mind.
Now Katsuragita wins! !
The saltiness of the soup is normal, not too oily or too salty
But it still has the richness of tonkotsu
