The dishes are generally light, but the pesto risotto is rich in nuts and has a moderately salty flavor. However, there is a little less chicken, and the last piece of chicken had freshness issues.
The service staff is well-trained, attentive to details, and provides thoughtful reminders to guests.
Title: Student Review - What to Eat
This time, I visited Muer PASTA PIZZA at Xinyi Vieshow.
Dish:
Pine Nut Basil Chicken $410 (plus a 10% service charge)
Includes one piece of French bread.
Joining the OCARD membership rewards you with a free ice cream.
Thoughts:
My friend ordered the baked egg and garlic shrimp. He mentioned that the flavors were on the lighter side.
(I highly recommend trying the risotto; you really need to experience it. The rice is firm because it's easier to manage when it's soft, but achieving rich flavors while maintaining a certain firmness in the rice isn't simple.)
At Muer, you can choose whether you want the risotto soft or firm. The pesto covers every grain of rice, and you can taste the nuts and pine nuts in every bite! (This is really a plus, it’s moderately seasoned.)
There was a bit less chicken than expected, and the last piece of chicken had an unpleasant odor from sitting too long. But since it was the last piece left, I didn’t know how to react while it was in my mouth...?
The accompanying bread (which I took home) was very hearty. The sauce that came with it tasted like mayonnaise (great for dipping fries, but not so much for bread... personally not a fan).
The complimentary ice cream was vanilla-flavored, reminiscent of a small soft serve ice cream.
Conclusion:
Aside from the chicken not being fresh, the quality of the risotto was quite good. The service from the staff was nice!
Service:
The staff training is excellent! They provide service very well! When the iron pot comes out, they repeatedly advise not to touch it, and if you do accidentally touch it, you must inform them.
Waiting Time:
About 5 to 10 minutes.
