The oyster omelette has a crispy outer layer and a rich filling that includes Sanxing green onions, meat, glass noodles, eggs, and oysters, paired with a sweet and spicy sauce for an excellent flavor. It is best enjoyed when hot, as it has a moist texture.
Located inside the Luodong Night Market, it requires a short walk, and the atmosphere is lively.
The female boss is friendly and kind, while the male boss focuses on making things and has less interaction with customers.
The first day in Yilan, I forgot which number it was!
#So round and so perfect, if I weren't afraid I wouldn't be able to eat it all, I would want to buy more!

Oyster omelet, take a bowl, lay down the wrapper, then layer it with the filling, the fresh scallions are sweet, and the freshly beaten eggs blend together, not to mention the filling at the bottom.
Is just pouring sauce? Sweet and spicy sauce?? So interesting, just opening a hole to squeeze the sauce, I’ve never seen that before.
My friend suggested eating it hot... but it’s really too hot to handle.
Crispy on the outside, rich and full on the inside, and the sweet and spicy sauce isn’t overpowering, making for a perfect mix with the filling.
In conclusion, it’s really good as a snack.
“Every time I go to the Luodong Night Market, I have to buy one to eat!” - by me, who always rushes straight to this stall at the Luodong Night Market.

<About the dish 🥣>
They only sell oyster omelets. The outer layer is fried until crispy, but it can become hard if left out for too long, so it's recommended to eat it while it's hot.
The filling includes Sanxing scallions, a little bit of meat, vermicelli, eggs, and oysters.
I personally think the amount of oysters is just right, and they are fried without becoming too dry, retaining some moisture.
If you don’t like half-cooked eggs, it’s recommended to let it sit for a bit before biting into it after frying. If you love half-cooked eggs and aren’t afraid of hot food, you can bite right into it as soon as you get it; I think it tastes best fresh out of the fryer.
