Oyster omelet, take a bowl, lay down the wrapper, then layer it with the filling, the fresh scallions are sweet, and the freshly beaten eggs blend together, not to mention the filling at the bottom.
Is just pouring sauce? Sweet and spicy sauce?? So interesting, just opening a hole to squeeze the sauce, I’ve never seen that before.
My friend suggested eating it hot... but it’s really too hot to handle.
Crispy on the outside, rich and full on the inside, and the sweet and spicy sauce isn’t overpowering, making for a perfect mix with the filling.
In conclusion, it’s really good as a snack.
