豬排是請朋友先幫我點的，是醬料黑胡椒跟蘑菇醬各半，在沒有番茄醬的狀況下，醬料的量稍嫌不足，不過肉質算還不錯，肉本身也還有厚度，整份餐點的份量足以讓人保餐一頓。

把肉吃完以後，可以看到烏龍麵的份量有這些，麵體本身偏軟，而且由於醬的不足顯得有些無味；排餐本身的配料有玉米跟蛋，蛋本身是整顆打下去的，若沒有即時攪散則會成半熟蛋。

這是將酥皮整個放到湯裡的結果，有些濃稠但也不失風味。
湯本身其實已經足夠濃稠了，濃濃的奶香味配上酥皮本身的味道如虎添翼，縱使本身的料不多，但也感受得出老闆對此的用心，不需要太多的配料，只有基本的內容便可讓人吃得津津有味。
