The Guo Shao Pasta Shop located on Leather Street has not many seats inside because there are many office workers nearby and many people come for takeout during meal time.

• Original pot-roasted shredded chicken noodles / 100 yuan:
  It's different from the southern pot-roasted pasta I'm used to. The soup base is more like a vegetable soup. There are a lot of dishes, including cabbage and bean sprouts, as well as three pork slices and some hot pot ingredients. The portion is very generous, and overall It tastes pretty good, but it's not my favorite type of pot noodles, so I might give it a try elsewhere.

Originally, I saw in the reviews of Shougou that the waiting time for dine-in is very long. Because the boss prepares takeout first, I came early to dine. The food is served quite quickly. It is recommended that you come early if you have a tight lunch time.
