This place has been open for a long time and I really want to categorize it as a late-night spot, but unfortunately, there is no category for that. I also want to classify it as a Chinese breakfast shop, but there isn't one either.

It mainly operates from evening to morning, and occasionally takes breaks. The soybean milk is freshly made; if you're lucky in the morning, you can see them cooking the soybean milk.

If you add sugar to the soybean milk, it's fixed at two tablespoons without specifying how sweet it should be. For those who like sweet, it's delicious; for those who don't, well, :D. The rice milk is rich and sweet, tasty when sweetened.

The savory soybean milk is also available without shrimp, but remember to specify that. (I am one of those who don't eat shrimp.) Mixed milk is available, which is a combination of rice milk and soybean milk; if you don't like it sweet, you can choose plain milk with rice milk.

Adding an egg to the soybean milk! That's the key; it's delicious, whether you go for plain or mixed with the egg.

The shaobing (baked flatbread) and youtiao (fried dough) are made in the evening, so there won't be any in the morning. Only the old youtiao is served with rice balls.

There’s so much to say about this shop; I've returned to buy many times. Being an old shop, the decor... is non-existent! It retains a very simple, original look.

Remember to clean up after eating; sort the trash, dispose of kitchen waste yourself, and there's also a bucket for collecting bowls.
