Denim Elephant Café is a small shop with an artistic and cultural atmosphere, decorated with an elephant theme on the walls, under the tables, and on the chairs. The ambiance is friendly, playful, and creative. The space is adorned with handicrafts and artworks.

This time I tasted one of their specialties, the Thai vegetarian hot pot series, specifically the spicy hot pot with a South Asian flavor. The soup base incorporates coconut milk, lemongrass, and Thai spices, resulting in a mildly spicy yet comforting flavor, with a rich and aromatic vegetarian broth. It features a variety of vegetables such as tomatoes, mushrooms, and tofu skin. What I particularly appreciated was the balance of the coconut milk aroma and the spiciness of the lemongrass; even though the spiciness is not strong, the aroma is enough to support the overall flavor of the pot.

The vegetarian hot pot and baked dishes are generally well-received, although they are on the higher price side, starting at about 200. For those looking for an affordable meal, the price might seem a bit high, but when combined with the atmosphere and drink/dessert options, the overall experience feels more balanced.
