The seasonal chestnut Mont Blanc dessert is impressive, with a rich outer layer of chestnut puree, sweet and not overly heavy whipped cream in the middle, and a layer of chestnuts adding texture. The tart shell is made of chocolate, creating an overall excellent balance in the dessert.
The café is overall exquisite and well-crafted, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The lighting design is stylish, but it may be a bit dim on cloudy days.
The staff are friendly and cute, the restrooms are spacious and clean, and the self-service meal collection is thoughtful and charming.
A café I randomly stumbled upon was very refined and thoughtfully designed, with everything having a great quality—definitely not the typical Instagram-worthy place. The staff were very friendly and cute, and the restroom was spacious and clean.
Although I usually don’t eat desserts, I was attracted by the warm atmosphere and ordered the seasonal Chestnut Mont Blanc! The outer layer of chestnut purée was rich and aromatic, the whipped cream in the middle wasn’t overly sweet or heavy, and the innermost layer had a few pieces of chestnut🌰! It wasn’t the soft and sticky type of chestnut, adding a nice texture to the overall dessert! The tart shell was made of chocolate, topped with chocolate sprinkles, which added a bit of bitterness—such a well-balanced dessert!
The cake was so excellent that I didn’t have any special impressions of the coffee, but being standard and decent is also a form of excellence? 👍
