• The pancake is golden and crispy on the outside and filled generously inside. It's flavorful enough on its own without any dipping sauce, making it a great complement to the ganjang crab, offering layered textures and a change in taste.

🔹Egg Roll ₩12,000

• The egg roll is a thick roll served hot. It has a soft and fragrant egg flavor but tastes quite ordinary and may not necessarily be a must-order.

🔸Crab Ramen ₩15,000

• Slightly spicy, the noodles are Korean-style ramen, very chewy. There’s about one crab in the soup; although small, it tastes very fresh. Additionally, there are other shellfish and shrimp inside, making the whole bowl extremely satisfying to finish.

🔹Beverage (Coke, Corn Silk Tea) ₩2,000

• Tried corn silk tea for the first time and surprisingly liked it. It has no astringency from tea leaves and a light corn flavor, making it smooth and refreshing.

🧸 I thought there would be many foreigners, but I was quite surprised to see a lot of Koreans, including someone dining alone.

🧸 Two types of seaweed were provided; one is a greener color, and its texture is enjoyable, tasting like less salty seaweed.

When traveling alone in Korea, finding a restaurant suitable for solo dining requires some thought. A friend recommended this restaurant that accommodates single diners, so I chose it!

Overall, it was great. The marinated crab was fresh and sweet without any fishy smell; the meat was tender and could be easily squeezed out to eat. It can also be enjoyed with rice and seaweed, but I recommend just having it with plain rice. Mixing it with seaweed rice might overshadow the freshness of the marinated crab.

Some people say this place is less salty compared to others, perhaps the restaurant has adjusted the seasoning to be more acceptable for tourists (?)

Ordering is done via a tablet, and there is a Chinese language option. They offer discounts for cash payments. The restaurant is filled with tourists, and the staff is very friendly; it's a foreigner-friendly marinated crab restaurant. I also didn't have any stomach issues after the meal, so if you're trying marinated crab for the first time, this is a great place to start!

So we took a look at the Flower Crab World in Hongdae
