The beverage selection is diverse, with the signature mung bean milk and grass jelly tea receiving attention. The taro milk is consistently made with less sugar, resulting in a flavor that is on the sweeter side but not overly sweet, striking a good balance.
As soon as I arrived at the entrance of Shenkeng Old Street, I saw a drink shop next to the road. It felt like there were quite a few options, with both hot and cold drinks available. Their signature drinks are green bean milk and grass jelly tea.
I ordered taro milk, which came with fixed less sugar that couldn't be adjusted. It tasted a bit on the sweet side but not overly sweet. The flavor wasn't super strong, but it was still okay; maybe it's because I didn't order the signature drinks? I had previously seen online that there were long queues, but on the day I went, it was relatively early, so there weren't many people. The cup was about the size of a medium from other drink shops, and I thought the price was a bit on the expensive side.
