Tofu soft serve looks similar to regular soft serve, has a smooth texture, and features a unique tofu flavor that is worth trying.
The store is located in Shenkeng Old Street, where there are many people on weekends, but the environment is clean and not overly crowded or messy.
The boss doesn't talk much, perhaps because of the busy holiday, and interactions with customers are limited to necessary conversations.
It feels like this is a must-try item when coming to Shenkeng. Usually, I haven't seen tofu ice cream, so I thought I definitely had to try it while I was here.
The appearance is exactly the same as regular milk ice cream, and the texture isn't much different from typical ice cream either. It really does have a tofu flavor, which I think is quite special. Although it costs 25 NT dollars and isn't very big, I think it's suitable for a tasting experience, and it tastes okay—definitely not a flop.
"It's a tofu flavor! So rare! (Excited)" by me, who loves trying new things and isn't afraid of failures.
<About the dish 🥣>
I ordered the deep pit tofu flavor.
It's a small cone for 25 NT$, and it doesn't melt quickly. The texture is quite dense, and the tofu flavor is strong and fragrant. Since it's not too big, I didn't feel too full after finishing it. I personally think it's quite a delicious ice cream.

The boss seems pretty silent? Maybe because it's a holiday and there are a lot of people, he only had necessary conversations for speed, and the whole time he just asked us what flavor we wanted.🤣
<About the environment 🐾>
Located inside the Deep Pit Old Street, there are a lot of people coming and going at the stalls during holidays. There’s a long line, but it’s not too messy, and overall it’s still okay.
