It is divided into a dining area on the first floor and an interactive seat on the second floor.
✏️The interactive seats on the 2nd floor are very difficult to reserve. You have to Line@ them first to make a reservation. Then you must click in to select the date and time when they open reservations. You must also swipe your card to pay with a low consumption threshold before you can reserve your seat! ($350/person)
Meal time is 1.5 hours

The dining area on the first floor is more affordable.
There is also a chinchilla viewing area with about 5 to 6 chinchillas inside.
But you can only dine, you can’t interact with the chinchillas, and you can’t go to the second floor to see more chinchillas.

The meals are all of a high standard and delicious, but the portions are not large, or even a bit small 😂
But I think it’s acceptable because Totoro is the biggest feature of this store!
☕️If you order milk-based hot drinks such as latte, Cocoa Ole Latte, etc., you can get latte art with Totoro pattern! 🌹

The following mainly introduces the interactive area on the second floor
After taking a seat and completing the order, everyone at each table will be taken to the Totoro small room one after another.
There are more than 70 chinchillas in the small room, a small sofa, and a chinchilla sand washing area.
The order of the interactive experience (may vary) is roughly: Introduction to Totoro → Choose your dream cat sand (bath)

The store clerk will first introduce you to the basic knowledge of chinchillas and their coat color varieties, and let you experience the feeling of short-haired and long-haired chinchillas.
After the introduction, everyone will be asked to choose a chinchilla to accompany them to eat.
A chinchilla play area will be placed under the dining table
But you can’t just take Totoro out from under the table~
After the meal, you can talk to the service staff and they will help you take out the chinchilla and take you into the chinchilla room again.
There is a small sofa where you can sit down and hold your chinchilla.

The meal partner I chose for this table is "Little Dust", which is a long-haired gray chinchilla.
He is super cute, has a great personality, is very well-behaved and loving, and is not afraid of life!
Keep jumping high and performing while staying under the table XD
There is a clerk who also likes him the most
