Mingshuiran. Lewei Leduoduo Group's no-menu Teppanyaki cuisine
The restaurant adopts an all-reservation system, and the set menus are available in two price ranges: $1,600 & $2,400/person, with a total of 14 courses.
After booking, you need to pay $1600 + 10% service fee in advance according to the number of reservations.
The payment method is only remittance, credit card cannot be swiped. If you want to order the $2400 set meal, you still need to pay for the meal first. If you want to order on-site (not necessarily available, it depends on the ingredients of the day, it is recommended to make an appointment in advance). The difference can be paid in cash or credit card method of payment.

Today we chose the $1,600 set menu. Before the meal started, the chef was very considerate and asked us if we wanted to take a photo of the ingredients. The following are the dishes we had today and their order.

  1. Clam soup: a small cup but very sweet
  2. Lobster paste egg roll with mentaiko French bread: The egg roll is fried until the surface is a little crispy and charred, and the egg aroma and shrimp paste flavor are very strong!
  3. Hokkaido scallops with seaweed sauce: The raw food-grade scallops are fried to a crispy surface, but the scallops themselves are still soft and tender, and paired with the slightly sweet and sour seaweed sauce below.
    (Initiation gift) Mullet roe: Eat it with apples, water and pears. It won’t be too sticky to the teeth. I don’t usually eat mullet roe, so this is acceptable!
  4. Matsu mussels: fresh mussels, not only delicious after being steamed with white wine, the broth below is also delicious~
  5. Firefly squid tofu: Japanese firefly squid is small but very fresh and sweet and has no fishy smell at all.
  6. Penghu small rolls with yuzu-garlic mayonnaise: Needless to say, the small rolls are very fresh, and the sauce that goes with them is super delicious ~ strong garlic flavor but with a slight grapefruit aroma
  7. Seasonal fresh fish daikonsa: The fresh fish part is a little bit burnt, and the texture is not very tender, but it is also fried and fragrant. The radish below is stewed with dried bonito stock, so delicious!
  8. Seasonal vegetables: baby cabbage & pumpkin & Japanese taro (the taste is very different from Taiwanese taro, relatively Q)
  9. Half wild lobster with passion fruit yogurt sauce: The lobster is freshly prepared before the meal, and it even twitches! The lobster is very fresh. The body is steamed and the meat can be taken out completely. There is even some shrimp soup inside. The salmon roe on top is also delicious and not fishy. The claws are dipped in powder and fried. It is so big and delicious~
  10. Perilla Plum Smoothie: A small smoothie for passing the scene, sour, sweet and delicious~
  11. Kumamoto A5 Wagyu: The main meal is one of three choices: Kumamoto A5 Wagyu/Kagoshima A4 Wagyu/Taiwanese Cinnamon Chicken. Although the portion of A5 Wagyu is not large, it is rich in oil and has a soft texture. Garlic granules are also provided on the plate. , black pepper, salt flower, mustard and other condiments can be combined to make changes
  12. Lobster head miso soup: The lobster head is not wasted ~ use it to make soup, and there is a piece of shrimp meat in the soup!
  13. Fried rice: The chef was very considerate and asked us if we wanted more or less rice. If you want more, it’s no problem, and you can add spicy food~ but it’s a bit too spicy😆
  14. Chocolate Banana Pancakes: Wrap bananas in puff pastry and fry them, then top with chocolate sauce. The chocolate sauce tastes ordinary, but the puff pastry and banana are fried hot and delicious!
    (Birthday gift) Cheesecake: When making a reservation, inform in advance that the birthday boy of the month will be given an extra small cake, and a handwritten card will be attached very thoughtfully! The drawings on the painting board are also very cute~

During the meal, the chef will ask if each dish is to your liking. The waiter will help you add pickled radish and onion pickles on the table. Because this reservation happens to be a group of families next door, the counter informed us before the reservation that there were children asking us that day. Do you mind if the children may be noisy? We don’t mind, so we are placed at the same table. We were also arranged to be seated farthest from the children that day😆The service in the entire store is very good and the meals are delicious~ Highly recommended!
