The charcoal-grilled salt-kōji pork belly and steak set meal tastes excellent, is substantial in portion, and exceeds expectations. The chawanmushi is also satisfying.
The staff are friendly and provide unlimited miso soup and white rice, which can fully satisfy customers' dining needs.
The seating at this place is quite abundant, but even so, there is still a need to queue for tables during meal times.
I ordered the chargrilled salt-marinated pork belly set for $360. The portion of pork belly was very generous, and the flavor was quite good; overall, I was very satisfied.
I also ordered the chargrilled steak set for $490, and I paid an additional $40 to upgrade to scallop chawanmushi. The steak was really delicious, exceeding my expectations. Paired with the dipping sauce, it was truly satisfying. The upgraded chawanmushi was also very good.
Miso soup and white rice can be refilled unlimitedly, just ask the staff. You can eat until you're full.
The restaurant charges a 10% service fee.
