I eat ginger duck but not duck meat because I don’t like duck meat😂
So I can't give any useful thoughts, but the duck meat here is more textured than the Bawei branch on Sanchong Ziqiang Road.

It started rolling in the pot. I wasn’t sure about the portion size. I thought the tofu skins they used at home were generally not tasty. In some places, they just didn’t get soft no matter how hard they cooked them. But when I ate them in a pot without the tofu skins, I felt like something was missing. I’ll still order it⋯
