The fried chicken is very crispy, but somewhat overdone. The burger performs well, with a particularly nice texture on the outside; the chicken nuggets are mediocre and do not stand out.
The ordering method is convenient; you can scan a code to order or use the in-store machine, and the process is smooth.
Reviewer from Yatao: There are sinks at the food street.
Popeyes Chicken at Taipei 101 has recently been quite popular, so I decided to stop by during the New Year and try this fried chicken fast food restaurant from Louisiana, USA.
The ordering method involves scanning a QR code to order and pay through your phone, or you can use the in-store machines, which makes the process convenient.
This time, I ordered the "Ultimate Surf and Turf Burger" set (NT$339), two pieces of "Crispy Fried Chicken" (spicy) (NT$82 each), and nine pieces of "Crispy Chicken Bites" served with a festive mustard sauce (NT$169).
The burger did well; the outer texture was quite special. The fried chicken was indeed crispy but a bit overcooked, which affected its texture. As for the chicken bites, they were average, nothing particularly impressive—just a little taste.
