Dining Environment
An old-fashioned Chinese restaurant with a strong nostalgic atmosphere.
The interior decor appears quite old, with some paint peeling off the walls and the furniture showing signs of years of use.
As you enter the restaurant, you'll smell a unique aroma typical of old eateries, filled with traces of time.
Though the environment seems slightly dated, the furnishings still maintain a traditional Chinese style.
When I opened the menu, I noticed the prices weren't cheap, and I hoped the deliciousness of the food would make up for the shortcomings of the environment.

Dish Introduction
I ordered a bowl of beef noodle soup.
The broth was aromatic and smelled very enticing.
But when I took my first sip, I was instantly hit by the saltiness, which was truly 'stunning'—
the broth was not just rich, but extremely salty, making it almost hard to drink more.
Although the portion was substantial and looked very generous, drinking too much of this salty soup became a bit overwhelming.

There was a decent amount of beef, but its quality was disappointing.
The texture of the beef was on the tough side, resembling jerky, with a fibrous feel that even got stuck in my teeth.
If you dislike a texture that requires effort to chew and easily gets stuck in your teeth, this beef noodle soup may not be suitable for you.

In summary, the price and quality of this bowl of beef noodle soup do not match.

Although the portion and presentation were decent, the actual tasting experience was quite disappointing.
If you visit this restaurant, the beef noodle soup may not be an ideal choice.
