But when I took my first sip, I was instantly hit by the saltiness, which was truly 'stunning'—

Although the portion was substantial and looked very generous, drinking too much of this salty soup became a bit overwhelming.
There was a decent amount of beef, but its quality was disappointing.
The texture of the beef was on the tough side, resembling jerky, with a fibrous feel that even got stuck in my teeth.
