The food options are not many, but the sushi portions are sufficient, and the fish is fresh and tasty. The sea urchin sushi has no off-flavors, and the salmon roe portion is ample. The rice is specially selected and flavorful. The mentaiko chicken wings are deboned and tender, and the fish in the miso soup is delicious.
There are not many seats, and it seems to cater mainly to foreign customers, offering chef's recommended set meals. The atmosphere is relatively comfortable, but the limited options may leave people feeling a bit empty.

I came across a strong recommendation about this place and decided to try it out with a friend who loves Japanese cuisine. While waiting for my friends to arrive, I took a good look at the menu and realized… the selection was quite limited and the prices a bit high 😅 but I thought, why not… let’s give it a try.
▪️Salmon Roe Hand Roll $120
The portion of salmon roe is generous, and with one bite, you can hardly taste the rice. The seaweed is very crispy.
▪️Japanese Uni Nigiri $280
▪️Seared Salmon Belly Nigiri $120
▪️Seared Flounder Nigiri $100
▪️Salmon Nigiri $100
▪️Whitefish Nigiri $100
They are actually quite tasty, pretty standard; the nigiri is about 1.5 times the size of what you find elsewhere, and they give a good amount of fish. The key point is the rice is delicious! According to the shop's signage, they probably use special rice. I should mention that I'm not a big fan of uni because I often encounter odd-tasting ones (like disinfectant) or ones that aren’t sweet enough, but this place's uni is quite good—no strange taste or fishy smell, and the portion is generous too~~
▪️Mentaiko Chicken Wings / each $80
When they were served, I thought they were really small. I tried the tail first, then the meat, and to my surprise, it was completely deboned, which was very considerate. The chicken was tender, and the mentaiko was mildly spicy.
▪️Fresh Fish Miso Soup $50
A very tasty bowl of miso soup; the fish isn’t just any fish, it's tender and rich in fat, but be careful of the bones.
▪️Japanese Uni Hand Roll $280
▪️Salmon Roe Nigiri $120
▪️Japanese Sweet Shrimp Nigiri $200
▪️Tuna Nigiri $100
▪️Ebisu Beer $250
The above items were ordered by my friends~ I didn’t try them, so I won’t comment.
Overall, I feel that the variety is limited, and it feels a bit empty while eating. There is also a chef’s tasting menu priced at $1500 per person or more. On that day, the two tables next to us were ordering from this series, and they seemed to really enjoy it, all of whom were foreigners. Personally, I think there are better places at this price range. It’s not bad, but my willingness to return isn’t high. Just sharing for reference.
