Using Yilan cherry ducks, you can enjoy five different dishes from one duck, so you don’t need to go to a big hotel and spend a lot of money; you can easily take it home from regular street-side shops, making it very affordable. The environment is bright, and if you make a reservation in advance to pick up your meal that day, you can do it conveniently without getting out of the car.
This time, we chose to have four dishes from one duck (without soup) with two kinds of stir-fried dishes (traditional Beijing sauce flavor and spicy flavor). You can choose whether the Beijing sauce is spicy or not; it's a sweet flavor that really whets the appetite. The spiciness of the spicy dish is just right and pairs well with drinks. The two kinds of wraps (lotus leaf pancakes and Korean lettuce) offer different textures and flavors that complement each other. The sliced duck meat is ample, tender, and juicy, and the stir-fried dishes are also generous in portion and very satisfying—delicious!
