The broth at this ramen shop is rich yet refreshing, and the texture of the noodles is just right. I especially recommend the dipping noodles and the truffle soy sauce chicken broth, which are incredibly memorable. The pork chashu and chicken chashu are tender and delicious, but the noodles are a bit on the bland side.
The restaurant is thriving and requires customers to take a number and wait, creating a lively dining atmosphere that is perfect for enjoying delicious food with friends.
The staff is highly efficient, and the waiting time is about 10 minutes, allowing customers to quickly enjoy delicious ramen.
This is the first time I've visited a restaurant specifically because of a Fooday review, so let's see how well Fooday's ratings hold up!
As for ramen places, this restaurant has a medium-sized dining area. When I went, it was almost full, but I didn't have to wait; I just ordered and paid at the counter and then took a seat.
After helping myself to a cup of water, my meal arrived quite quickly. This time, I ordered the soup-based Yuma chicken broth. First of all, the broth was quite good, with a rich flavor that wasn't overly salty; the seasoning was just right.
Next, there was a slice of pork chashu and three slices of chicken chashu, both were quite tender and good.
The only downside was the noodles, which tasted a bit bland and seemed not to have absorbed the essence of the broth.
Overall, it’s still a pretty good ramen shop, and I recommend everyone give it a try.
I randomly found a ramen shop.
I found that this store seems to be very famous and the business is very good.
You need to draw a number plate and the waiting time is about 10 minutes.
