AI Spot Summary

The croissants at this shop are crispy andเต็มไปด้วยรสชาติของนม, while the chocolate croissants have a moderate flavor that isn't overly sweet. The cinnamon rolls are best enjoyed on-site for an even better taste. Although the texture is slightly affected when taken to go, overall, the quality of the ingredients is quite good.

Visited Yingge Old Street and checked out some local recommended delicacies, and found this place. It's hidden behind a very narrow entrance, but the sign outside makes it easy to find. You need to take an elevator, and the floor buttons are clear, so you know which floor to go to—quite cute. Below are the items I took out that day.

▪️Classic Croissant $80
▪️Chocolate Croissant $90
I brought them home and froze them. When I wanted to eat, I sent them to the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes. They retain their essence, with visible many layers of croissant! After baking, they were very crispy, with a milky aroma that wasn’t overly oily or sweet—very delicious. The chocolate one leans towards a more popular taste, with just the right amount that isn’t heavy, and very enjoyable. Both were quite large; I didn't think they were that big when I bought them. 😂

▪️Cinnamon Roll $100
Unfortunately, I forgot to take a bite on-site, and by the time I brought it home, it had already softened. I don’t have an oven at home and feared that using the air fryer would send cinnamon powder flying, so I didn’t reheat it. I’m sure it would be wonderful if it were freshly baked! The cinnamon flavor was moderate, with a slight spicy kick, not overdone. I recommend eating it on-site.

▪️Cinnamon Rolls $390 for 4 pieces
You have to buy four at a time; they can’t be separated. You can add a sauce for free (all or just for two), which is a special lemon cheese sauce. I thought having the sauce would be more unique, so I added it on all. I brought them home, frozen, and cooked in the air fryer again. The cinnamon sauce has a nice aroma, and the bread was soft and just right. After baking, the outer layer was crispy, but the sauce melted and seemed a bit diluted. It was quite standard. If you want to buy single pieces, the giant size is $180 per piece.

Overall, there were many more items than I expected; it wasn’t just cinnamon rolls and bread. It’s a bit unfortunate that many refrigerated desserts couldn’t be purchased due to needing takeout. If I have the chance to visit again, I’d like to try other items! The croissants are highly recommended; I suggest taking them home and baking them for an even better taste.
