The noodles are chewy with an average portion, and the sesame sauce doesn't have a garlic taste; the accompanying meat is probably smoked chicken, which is very tasty! And the portion is quite generous.

5 flower sushi + 4 omelet sushi + 2 inari sushi
Overall flavor is average, but they're all quite big; the vinegared rice doesn't stand out, and the texture is somewhat fluffy. There are some ginger slices on the side, which are crunchy, slightly sweet, and not spicy.

On top, there's a piece of minced meat with shiitake (like in the oden). The shiitake flavor is strong and very delicious. The steamed egg is a bit watery; it's just enough for 2 people.

This time, we got cabbage rolls and shiitake stuffed with meat, both of which are 1.5 times larger than what's usually sold outside. Although the meat filling is the same, the shiitake has colored beans on it, which is a big plus! I really love colored beans 💚 The cabbage is tender and doesn’t have a stringy texture. The broth is sweet and delicious, but the accompanying sauce is really incomprehensible, with a somewhat stale taste 😓

The ordering area on the first floor is clearly planned for dine-in/takeout.
Sushi & cold noodles are ready and placed in plastic boxes.
Chawanmushi is the only item served in non-disposable bowls.
The dining area on the second floor is quite large, probably has 20 tables, and the air conditioning is very cool.
Each table has utensils & tissues, and you clear your own plates after eating.
I wanted to add some spice but didn't see an area for additional seasonings.

My personal favorite is their century egg and garlic cold noodles; the portion is generous and very delicious. After finishing, I pair it with oden, and I'm very satisfied and delighted, plus it's super cheap! A cabbage meat roll that's as long as my hand is only 20 yuan. Eating it in the cold weather warms me up completely.
