The meal is quite standard, but I especially recommend the "Big Bang" — a perfect combination of natto, sashimi, pickled items, and quail eggs, with a unique flavor.
A cozy izakaya, crowded yet full of warmth, with a bar counter and tatami design that conveys a Japanese sense of warmth and atmosphere.
The business is thriving and many dishes are sold out, which shows how popular this restaurant is.
The nearby izakaya has high popularity, and it feels like it's run by a grandmother and the next generation. The counter and tatami mats are cozy, and although the space isn’t large, it was packed with customers. I even ran into a local I met the previous day at another restaurant, and we chatted a bit. This is the kind of warmth you only find in more rural places, which is very interesting.
The business was doing so well that many items were sold out. I chose a few dishes and managed to get the last serving of rice bowl. I also ordered a mixed sashimi platter, only to find that the types and quantities of sashimi in the mixed platter and the sashimi bowl were basically the same, but the price difference was 2000 yen. I couldn't understand it, so I had to just accept it. The meals were fairly standard and didn't leave a strong impression, but I did enjoy the 'big explosion'—a combination of natto, some sashimi, and pickled items, plus a quail egg, all mixed together with rice or seaweed. I really liked it.
