8 Guo Shou Shou Guo originated from a small hot pot restaurant near Xinzhuang Fu University.
After being warmly welcomed by students in the Fudan University area, we started to develop branches step by step.
8 pots actually means eight hot pot flavors, but as the business slowly develops, there are now about 16 kinds of hot pot bases.

What I enjoyed today was the spicy duck blood hot pot with extra spicy braised duck blood, totaling NT$200.

Spicy Duck Blood Pot: There are two main ways of serving the small hot pot restaurant series. One is to serve it completely cooked, or at least boiled.
The other is to start cooking from raw food, allowing the hot pot ingredients and meat to boil naturally and fall into the pot.

There are pros and cons to both approaches.
I don’t have any particular preference, and the 8-Pot definitely falls into the latter category.
Seeing the duck blood and vegetables submerged in the boiling soup is actually quite therapeutic.
The portions of vegetables, meat and hot pot ingredients are not bad, and the spicy soup base is also within the standard.

Spicy braised duck blood: To be honest, I think it’s amazing that you can get such a portion of braised duck blood for only 30 yuan.
As for the taste, the duck blood braised is quite delicious. You can feel the fragrance of the braised bottom. The spicy choice is just right. Even those who don’t like spicy food can enjoy this delicacy.
The duck blood in Spicy Duck Blood Pot actually comes from this.

There are self-service drinks, self-service sauces, self-service rice and self-service cold noodles in the store, so you don’t have to worry about not being full, just that you won’t be able to finish it all.

Overall, being able to be welcomed by students and start the franchise step by step is a proof of strength, and I wish it can continue to operate for a long time.

Recommended to everyone.
