The rice cake is thick, and both the kimchi and grilled meat flavors are very delicious. There are plenty of ingredients, and it is very filling.
The overall atmosphere is somewhat quiet, but you can still feel the friendly and courteous service.
The service staff is friendly, the food is served quickly, and there was no issue with insufficient batter.
Once again, I’m visiting “Jia Ge Dan Jian Bing Guo Zi,” this time at the store on Minsheng Road Section 2. Continuing the good impression from my last visit to the Wenxian store, I ordered the kimchi and grilled meat flavors this time, and I was not disappointed—the two flavors were both delicious, the pancake was thick, and there were plenty of fillings; I was completely stuffed after eating!
However, like the Wenxian store, there is a small regret at this branch: only chili powder is available, and there is no oil chili. For me, the aroma of oil chili pairs better with the Jian Bing Guo Zi, giving it a more layered taste.
This time, two sisters were responsible for making and serving the food, and they were very friendly and polite. However, compared to the energetic sisters at the Wenxian store, the overall atmosphere here is a bit quieter. Still, the serving speed was decent, and overall it was quite good. Moreover, I didn’t encounter any problems with insufficient batter for making orders this time.
To summarize: Jia Ge Dan currently maintains good quality—it’s definitely worth a try!
