The coffee used in the store is hand-selected and roasted by the owner and his wife.
An electric floating-air roaster is used.
The menu in the store is very simple, and the desserts must be ordered with coffee~

I had two drinks today, the first one was Coffee Tonic with Gin.
I really like the cup that I put it in.
This cup uses washed Guji beans.
The overall taste is a bit sour, but when paired with Tonic, it feels very refreshing and very suitable for summer🌞
Because I added Gin, the smell of alcohol filled my mouth in the end.
It can be said that the wine is quite sufficient~

The second cup is Flat White, which is the same as Guji beans, but sun-dried.
So the overall taste of the coffee alone is much stronger.
Coupled with the aroma of milk, the whole cup is very mellow🫶

The store also sells beans they bake themselves.
If you choose to brew by hand, you can also use the coffee beans shown above.
