I happened to walk by and saw a familiar fresh toast shop, so of course I went in to buy some.

Recently, there have been quite a few fresh toast shops in Taiwan, but I personally prefer this one. The main reason is that the shop periodically introduces different flavors. Trying out various flavors not only offers freshness but also occasionally brings surprises. The only small regret is that if I find a flavor I really like, I won’t know when it will be available again.

This time, I saw a matcha white chocolate flavor that I hadn't seen before, so I decided to buy it to try.

By the way, they also introduced a half loaf packaging this time, which I think is great because the shelf life of fresh toast is very short, and finishing a whole loaf within a few days can be a bit much. A half loaf is just right.

The matcha white chocolate was decent, but the matcha flavor was quite strong. The white chocolate was still noticeable, but maybe if there was more, it would be better. However, I probably won’t try this flavor again next time.
