【Atmosphere of the restaurant】
Even on weekdays, it was crowded at night, and I had to wait for about 10 minutes! All the seating is at tables, so it’s easy for one person to come in✨
You can order using the QR code on the table, so you can take your time deciding! You can also choose options like whether or not to include green onions with the firmness of the noodles!

【Food Review】

• Shrimp Wonton Ramen
  The tonkotsu broth was not too salty; it had just the right richness. I chose the normal firmness for the noodles, and they paired well with the broth and were delicious. The wontons were packed with filling, and since there were five of them, it was very satisfying◎
  It included menma, wood ear mushrooms, corn, and eggs, making it extremely satisfying✨

• Fried Chicken
  The number one recommendation! Juicy with meat juices bursting out! Soft, this is what delicious Japanese fried chicken is all about! 🤤 Each piece is quite big, so even three pieces with ramen will fill you up!
  Instead of lemon, there was sudachi, and when squeezed, its fragrance is quite strong, so opinions may vary, but I definitely recommend trying it!

• Fried Tofu
  Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside! The light texture is addictive! I highly recommend eating it hot🔥

【Overall Rating】
As tonkotsu is the main focus, I do think it would be nice to have a few other types of broth available, but both the ramen and side dishes are very delicious◎ I definitely want to visit again!
