Here are the items I ordered
Roasted Garlic Kernels with Sesame Oil: It will be placed directly on the grill and heated. The clerk will ask about the desired texture and help decide the time. We like the smooth texture.
Beef tongue roast: normal performance~
Beef liver roast: Beef liver is delicious, very fresh, not fishy, and the taste is just right!
Grilled pork between ribs: delicious, just the right amount of oil and tender meat, you can order it
Potbelly pork belly: oily and delicious! Because it was very oily, the clerk helped to change other items in between the grilling, so that we wouldn’t get tired of it, which was very considerate.
Chicken Neck: No bones, it’s great!
Duck Breast: Wild duck from Yilan, good tenderness, but the duck skin cooked by the clerk was not crispy enough, which is a pity
