The portion of the dry mixed noodles is ample, and the spiciness can be adjusted, making the accompanying soup quite comforting. Although it is not particularly stunning, the overall performance is decent and suitable for occasional tasting.
The outdoor seating ambiance is nice, and the lantern decorations add a cozy touch. The interior is clean, with a cute design, making it suitable for small gatherings.
The service is friendly and attentive, asking customers about their needs, making the dining experience more enjoyable.
There are seats inside and outside the store, with a total of about 15 seats. When the weather is not too cold or too hot, the atmosphere is good to sit outside and dine. The store’s service is very friendly (for example, someone asked carefully about the spiciness you want for the dry noodles) )
This time I ordered a large bowl of tear-jerking preserved egg dry noodles (slightly spicy) + Fuzhou fish ball and egg soup for $170, and a large bowl of green and red spicy dry noodles (slightly spicy) + Fuzhou fish ball and egg soup for $160
A large bowl of dry noodles is paired with a bowl of soup. The portion is quite enough for a girl. The soup contains egg drop, kelp and a Fuzhou fish ball. I personally think it is quite comfortable to eat with the noodles on a cold day.
You can choose the spiciness of the noodles. The slightly spicy preserved egg noodles are actually not too spicy. The mildly spicy green and red spicy dry noodles have enough aroma of Sichuan peppercorns. For me, a person who doesn’t like spicy food, the spiciness of both bowls is still good. It's acceptable, but if you really can't eat spicy food at all, I suggest you ask the boss if you can make it not spicy at all; the noodles are moderately soft, not too soft, and they keep their elasticity.
Overall, the food is pretty good and delicious, but maybe the items I ordered this time didn’t taste too amazing to me, so I won’t go all the way here to eat it, but if you happen to be passing by, you can try it~
I want to try the signature green peppercorn beef noodles next time!
