▪️Private Beef Shank Rice $120
Just the simple beef shank rice without side dishes or an egg (must order as a set to get those). It looked really delicious, but there were too many dishes that day, so I only got a single order. This dish is quite simple, just pickled radish, white rice, and beef shank. At the time, there were quite a few customers dining in, so the meal required a bit of waiting.

When I took it home to eat, I found the beef shank to be very tasty! It was tender, and the braised flavor was quite good. The braising sauce paired perfectly with the white rice, and you must ask for chili (can be served separately) to add an extra aroma that goes well with both the rice and the meat. The pickled radish was a nice palate cleanser, but the only downside was that the beef shank itself felt a bit thin, so it wasn’t as satisfying to eat 😂 (too delicious, not enough).

Overall, the decor is clean and bright. I initially wondered if it would just be an Instagrammable place, but I ended up really liking it. This is for your reference.
