The quality of Old Qiu's tea drinks is average, but it is full of creativity, especially the creative dishes on the menu that are amazing.
The store is run by a group of young people, exuding a hippie vibe and a sense of rebellion. The dining area is located in the arcade, and the signage is retro.
The staff have a serious and interesting attitude, providing customers with a humorous experience.
Lao Qiu is a shop run by a group of somewhat hippie, rebellious young people. I personally feel that the quality of the tea is average, but what really surprised me was their creativity with the products.
When I first went to Lao Qiu, I saw some flashy names on the menu, like "Surfer from Yuguang Island," which made me really want to order something. So, I asked the staff what it was. He replied with a very serious expression, saying, "You've been to Yuguang Island, right? There are some people surfing over there, and if you order this, there will really be a surfer on it." I thought to myself, "Wtf… can you not be so serious with your nonsense? Besides, I'm a guy with long hair, not a girl, so there's no need for that kind of flirting 🤣."
But in the end, I really did get a piece of mango with a little gummy bear surfing on top of the tea. It was so creative!!! So, I recommend everyone to try their creative menu; it will definitely be an extraordinary experience.
