Shuixiang Tea Lane originated in Kaohsiung in 2003 and has been around for more than 20 years.
According to research, Shuixiang Chalong may be one of the first brands to use Hantian and Xiaoshisu in hand-cranked cups.
Thinking back to when Shuixiang Tea Lane expanded its store to Taipei, I felt nostalgic for the first time I tasted the Hantian Crystal Ball in the drink.

What I enjoyed today was Sakura Cold Perilla and Sugar Honey Black Tea, which totaled just 100 yuan.

Sakura cold perilla:
The specially developed cherry blossom crystal ball has a full taste and a faint cherry blossom fragrance.
Aiyu and small perilla are added to lemon juice, and honey is added to make the whole cup taste refreshing and full of texture, but not sticky.
Unfortunately, due to the plastic restriction policy, the pink crystal ball cannot be seen floating in the paper cup.

Sugar honey black tea:
The black tea is quite average, but because it is sugar-free, it seems that the sugar honey that was originally added was omitted, or has the honey aroma become very weak?

But the store’s free addition of small perilla makes up for this shortcoming.

Overall, Shuixiang Tea Lane, which is also the backbone of hand-cranked cups, has stable quality and varied tastes. When there is an event to add free perilla, I will visit a few more times.

I saw this Shuixiang Tea Lane and came in to try it out. The store decoration is clean and bright. The only drawback is that there are many motorcycles parked on the arcade.

For this cup of Four Seasons Oolong, I ordered sugar-free and slightly iced. The tea has a light yellow-green color and exudes a charming fragrance. Perhaps there is some room for improvement in the balance and depth of the tea infusion to make the overall taste richer and more memorable.
This cup of Four Seasons Oolong is a tea worth tasting. Although it may not be outstanding, it still shows the characteristics and charm of Shuixiang Tea Lane.
