The Gui Gui Oolong and Mountain Rhythm Four Seasons Spring Tea have received positive reviews for their unique flavor and aroma, particularly the charming particles of osmanthus brew and the mellow harmony of the oolong tea.
The atmosphere in the store is proper and moderate, suitable for customers who enjoy natural, additive-free beverages.
Heifei Cui is located in the bustling middle section of Daan Road, which is one of the most fiercely competitive areas in Taipei's Eastern District. The pace at which businesses change here is astonishing, with many well-known chain enterprises being eliminated.
Today, I enjoyed Gui Gui Oolong and Shan Yun Si Ji Chun, totaling 75 NTD.
Gui Gui Oolong:
This item combines aromatic oolong tea with osmanthus syrup. The texture of the osmanthus syrup is still charming, while the oolong tea prevents the sweet fragrance of the osmanthus from being overly pronounced, creating a tea that is gentle, steady, and well-rounded.
Shan Yun Si Ji Chun:
A standard Si Ji Chun, with a refreshing tea aroma. The unsweetened version has a slight astringency, but it's still acceptable.
Overall, it's a decent chain store. Heifei Cui originated in Taichung and has about six years of history. However, it seems that its development has not been very smooth, as it has ended most of its business in Taichung and Taipei Daan is the last stronghold of this enterprise. If you enjoy natural, additive-free beverages, it might be worth a try here.
I recommend it to everyone.
