This place, "IKEA Cold Noodles," started in 2009 in Xizhi, New Taipei City, and brings the taste of 30 years of Northern cuisine to Kaohsiung. Not only is the cold noodle amazing, but even the soups, hot pot noodles, and fried instant noodles have a lot of soul!

This one I would recommend to friends who enjoy multi-layered textures!

🌶️ You must add their chili sauce! It's fragrant and spicy, not overly salty, a must-add every time I go!
