The dishes at the matcha specialty store are exquisite and delicious. The matcha latte and roasted tea soft serve are smooth and not overwhelming, the matcha cheesecake is rich and tasty, and the three-colored dumplings are soft and lovely.
The store features a Japanese-style decor; although the space is small, it is comfortable and allows you to watch the staff brew tea by hand, creating an elegant and high-quality atmosphere.
The staff is attentive and professional, able to provide detailed introductions to the tea products, making one feel their enthusiasm and expertise.

I’ve been saving this matcha specialty store for a long time. I felt it was impressive when I saw my friends sharing it, so I saved it immediately 🥹. Last time I went to Kaohsiung, I missed out on this place that had been on my mind, and finally, I had the opportunity to visit this time! Here are the highlights of the items I was interested in –
▪️Rich Matcha Latte H $180
You must try a cup of matcha here! Thinking that I wanted to try many tea-flavored items this time, I chose this basic one. It doesn’t have an overpowering richness or strong impact, but it's very smooth. The matcha and milk blend very well, and it’s delicious. I’m used to drinking hot matcha; otherwise, the iced version has a glass-cup layer of matcha. I want to try the more intense Uji matcha next time 🥹!! (You can add ice cream for an extra charge.)
▪️Roasted Tea Soft Serve $150
Since I ordered other matcha items, I selected this roasted tea flavor. The staff kindly reminded me that it melts quickly. It isn’t the extremely rich kind I expected, but it’s smoothly enjoyable and the roasted rice on top adds a fragrant touch.
▪️Matcha Pudding $135 (not on the menu)
Hidden menu item! I only learned about this after doing some research. It comes in matcha and roasted tea flavors, served in a small glass cup. The pudding itself is very delicious, and don’t get me started on that matcha sauce!!! It’s rich enough to be a spread, incredibly tasty – if it didn’t need refrigeration, I would really want to take it back to Taipei 🥺.
▪️Three-Color Dango $100
I’ve heard great things about this. Compared to the bracken rice cake, I’m more interested in dango. It truly is 🍡 itself! So adorable 😍. I thought it would be slightly grilled, but it wasn’t. It tastes like glutinous rice dumpling without any distinctive flavor, but I quite like its soft and chewy texture, and the cute surprise when you bite into the white dango in the center 🥹 (see attached photo).
The style is Japanese-themed, with limited seating (12 seats). The space is narrow but surprisingly cozy. You can see the staff brush the tea products. Even though it was a weekday, there were quite a few customers dining in, and a lot more taking out; you need to wait whether you’re dining in or taking out.
Overall, I absolutely loved it!!! The items are exquisite yet delicious. I think it’s reasonably priced for its quality. The emphasis on style gives it a sense of elegance. The dining-in minimum doesn’t necessarily require a drink, which I think is fantastic, allowing you to sample more items. I would definitely want to return if I have the opportunity!

Everyone is so good~\••/ I am so lazy~
This time I would like to recommend to you the Japanese tea specialty store-Kansya
\••/\••/\••/
#price:
*A mid-range to high-priced exquisite route, but being able to drink such high-quality tea and snacks in Kaohsiung will really make you happy.
#taste:
*Matcha ice cream: I have never tasted matcha ice cream with such a rich flavor. I heard from the store clerk that it is made with pure matcha. It has a creamy texture and is full of matcha flavor. The sweet and slightly bitter taste is amazing!
*Hojicha Latte: The aroma of tea is already wafting as soon as the cup is served. After stirring evenly, I found that the aroma of latte and tea are perfectly blended. It is really rich and mellow.
*Daifuku Tea: The store clerk told us that it is matcha developed in Japan for blessings and comes from Marukyu Koyamaen in Kyoto. Before enjoying it, eat it with black bean dessert to avoid the bitter taste of matcha. The light sweetness paired with the strong tea aroma of matcha is really a matcha that will make people forget to leave! Push push push\••/\••/\•_•/
#diningexperience:
*Watching the chef at the bar making the legendary matcha, enjoying the aroma of the tea, coupled with the elegant yet relaxed interior decoration in the store, and the tea bowls that you can choose by yourself, it can be said that it is the most delicious and delicious restaurant I have visited recently. A rare store.
#surroundings:
*It is located on Guangzhou 1st Street opposite the Cultural Center. The signboard is not very conspicuous, so you have to look carefully. There is a parking lot nearby, and it is very convenient to ride by bike or car.
#Summarize:
*Full marks for the food and service. The disadvantage of having to nitpick is that it is quite famous. It is almost full during the afternoon tea period. If you want to experience it, remember to avoid the peak hours.
That’s it for this time’s recommendations!
I'm lazy and lazy, see you next time~
