When dining in Taichung, I chose the familiar chain brand Cang Sushi. Although it wasn't my first time eating there, this type of conveyor belt sushi restaurant, where you can quickly place your orders and receive dishes consistently, is always particularly appealing when you're really hungry. The restaurant maintains a consistent Japanese style, with orderly and bright seating, and the ordering system is convenient, making the dining experience very smooth overall.
