常常中午不知道要吃什麼就會來一条通點的幾道壽司填飽肚子。我覺得一条通是爭鮮之外最方便取得且便宜的選擇。

這家的座位區很乾淨明亮，冷氣很強，餐具跟茶水醬料都是在座位上可以取得的位置，不用起身走動。

點餐採用平板點餐，餐點會用新幹線造型的輸送帶傳到你的面前，送菜速度真的蠻快的，每家分店的品質都很固定，而且食物擺盤也有及格。

海膽干貝漢堡很推薦，給人意想不到的味道跟口感，咬下去滿滿的海膽鮮味。
鮭魚子三貫還不錯，鮭魚卵夠大顆，而且鋪得很滿，不用沾醬就可以嚐到一顆顆在口中爆裂的鮭魚卵鹹味，超讚。
味噌湯變得蠻好喝的，沒有上次的魚腥味，加分。
茶碗蒸料很多，有兩塊雞腿肉跟一個扇貝肉，雞腿肉QQ的好吃，但記得以前在別家店有吃到蝦子，不知道是不是改菜單配方了，總之我覺得無論口感還是味道上，放扇貝肉都比放蝦子還要合口味。
旗魚握壽司味道上我覺得沒什麼差，口感則是比較有嚼勁，偏普通。
總體來說還行，品質沒有太差，想不到什麼可以吃的話可以試試看這家喔！
