This ramen shop offers a variety of delicious dishes, especially the prawn chicken white soup ramen, fried chicken, and char siu rice, which are highly rated. The meat is tender, and the broth is rich, leaving a lasting impression.
The restaurant has a lively atmosphere. Although there is a queue during dinner time, the turnover rate is quick. The decor has a Japanese style, making it feel comfortable.
The staff were friendly and took the initiative to assist with ordering, resulting in a good overall service efficiency that made the dining experience more enjoyable.

I didn’t know what to eat for dinner. The weather was cold and I wanted to drink soup, so I decided to try this restaurant.
There are quite a lot of people during dinner time, so you have to queue up, but the table turnover rate is very fast, and you can be seated in about ten minutes.
I ordered Ajitama Tonkotsu Ramen. Actually, Tonkotsu is not my first choice when it comes to ramen, but the soy sauce ramen I wanted to eat was not available, and I didn’t like chicken white soup, so I had to choose Tonkotsu.
Their soup has an acceptable consistency for people who don’t like tonkotsu. I personally like the noodle part, and the soft-boiled egg part is pretty good👌
Overall, it’s a pretty delicious bowl of ramen. However, due to my physical constitution, I get bloated every time I eat tonkotsu ramen, so I can only eat it once in a while. I’ve used up all the ramen in the first half of the year, so I’ll have tonkotsu ramen next time. It will be a long time before the bones are gone 😂
My travel companion ordered the Deluxe Tonkotsu Ramen, but she didn’t like it very much. She thought the soup was a bit bland, the noodles had a knotty texture that was not cooked, and the fungus on the side was super hard. Overall, she didn’t think she would want to come back.
Two different feelings for your reference🤣
A very delicious and affordable ramen shop. The shop specializes in chicken white soup and sea-aged soup. Those who like rich shrimp soup can try it. The clerk will guide you in ordering and showing you the table, and will also take the initiative to ask if you need more noodles and if you are full. The service is not bad!
Ordering is done by machine. Their barbecued pork rice is very popular. When we ordered, there was just the last bowl left. We ordered it with our hands and luckily got it. It was really delicious. Let me introduce my experience of each meal:
🍜 Ebi chicken white soup ramen $270
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The store-limited flavor is full of cherry blossom shrimps, and the soup also has a strong shrimp flavor. This taste is a matter of opinion. Some people may not like it, but I personally love it.
A bowl of ramen contains two pieces of seaweed, two pieces of Shufei chicken, cabbage rolls, two wontons, half a soft-boiled egg, shredded green onions, etc.
I think the cabbage rolls are very thoughtful. They are not just scattered and thrown in like a few small hot pots. Instead, they are wrapped up like cabbage rolls and placed aside. They look much more delicate. You can still eat several Korean cabbage rolls if you use chopsticks to open them. The dish is very sweet, crispy and delicious!
The wontons are also very good. They have shrimps inside and the skin is not too thick. It tastes different from ramen noodles, which is amazing.
🐓Tang Yang Chicken $100
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A must-try in this store! I really don’t lie! It’s super delicious. There are three pieces of Tangyang chicken in total. The key point is that all three pieces are very large, and they are not too oily at all after being coated in flour batter and deep-fried. The chicken juices are also locked inside, and they taste very soft and juicy. The meat is also very plump, with no excess air or powder at all. It is a very solid chicken leg meat. It is really juicy and delicious. You will really regret not ordering this Tang Yang Chicken😍
🍚 Barbecued pork rice $60
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Barbecued pork rice was the first dish served and the last bowl we ordered. I fell in love with it when I took the first bite. The barbecued pork was torn into many slices and spread on the rice. It was grilled with cheese and chopped green onions and fungus to enhance the flavor. It was very fusion after one bite. It was fragrant and delicious. I couldn’t help it. The kind of metaphor... no wonder it's so popular. It would be better if two people share a bowl. Otherwise, the portion of ramen is a bit overwhelming... (although it is really delicious)
