分享晶華酒店的宴會廳,在此參加活動,桌菜的菜色還算有新意,食材選用上都是有水準的。室內空間就是一般飯店水準。服務人員服務不錯,動作迅速,飲料補很快。

分享一些菜色的用餐心得。

-晶華御膳八品集-有滷牛肚,蜜汁核桃,魚皮,海蜇皮,蔥鹽雞,鴨賞,烏魚子,涼拌魚皮,基本上味道都是有一定水準,中規中矩。

-花團錦簇月常圓-比較類似甜湯圓湯的感覺,除了紅白湯圓以外,裡面也有龍眼肉與小芋頭塊,上面撒花生粉,整體甜度意外不高大約四分而已。

-極品花膠佛跳牆-湯頭屬於清澈感不會太油種口味,味道清爽。裡面炸排骨肉算多。有栗子,芋頭,筍片,牛肉,小干貝等,整體味道不錯。

-蒜茸清蒸龍蝦件-蝦肉緊實,調味些許蒜與淡醬油的味道。

-松露起司南非青殼鮑-鮑魚本身大顆,口感Q有彈性。這道調味滿特別的,偏白醬起司感,微甜感,跟鮑魚意外滿搭的。

-水晶鳳脂龍虎斑-魚肉吃起來有黏稠感,還算滿嫩的,調味入味,中規中矩。

-紅燒伊比利梅花豬-豬肉本身很軟嫩,調味甜鹹也不錯,不過旁邊的蔬菜顯的只有清蒸過的感覺。

-竹香豆沙珍珠飯-外層竹葉超香,整個米已經變得非常軟糯。上層薄薄豆沙綿密微甜。裡面也有放鹹料的豬肉,蝦米,蛋黃等,整體味道甜鹹交錯,算是比較特別的一道!
