Hidden in the Shilin Night Market, this vegetarian snack shop offers a rich variety of dishes, mainly rice and noodles. The owner is very friendly and says that most of the customers are students, so the prices are cheap to ensure students can eat their fill.

At first, I saw this small stall and thought I could only sit right in front or take away, but it turns out there are tables and chairs scattered in a small corner nearby. The owner also warmly welcomes guests to sit down.

Today, I ordered cheese fried noodles, which are Taiwanese-style fried noodles. The amount of cheese is very generous, and I felt very satisfied; however, there were relatively few vegetables. The mixed soup noodles can be made with udon or oil noodles. The broth is pretty standard, but I ended up feeling quite full.

A couple of days later, I came back to take away cheese fried rice and oyster omelet rice. The cheese series is really delicious, and the sauce for the oyster omelet is pleasantly sweet and sour.
