It's a 24-hour self-service instant ramen shop, commonly found in places like South Korea 🇰🇷. I had longed to visit after seeing it in dramas, so I decided to give it a try!

【Atmosphere in the Store】
★ I thought they only offered Korean instant ramen, but the store has a wide variety of instant ramen from various Asian countries! You can enjoy many types, from famous ones to those you’ve never seen before! ✨

★ I visited around 7 PM on a weekday, and there was one staff member present. When I seemed confused, they kindly explained how it works! It’s unclear if there are staff available 24 hours, but the order of getting things and how to prepare them is somewhat complicated! There are instructions posted, but if you can't read Chinese, it can be a bit confusing! 💦

★ The store was quite lively, with many young people around! Drinks, seasonings, corn, and toppings like kimchi are free!

【Food Evaluation】
★ This time, I added three types of hot pot ingredients and pork to the Korean cheese ramen! It was my first time trying it, and the flavor of the cheese ramen was rich, allowing you to really taste the cheese! Haha. The pork was also tender and delicious!

★ You can take as much of the limited vegetables and toppings like kimchi and corn as you want, but personally, I found the pickled daikon (takuan) to be delicious! Its flavor is quite strong, and it serves as a nice palate cleanser between bites of ramen!

Choosing from instant ramen from various countries and the fun of selecting a considerable amount of ingredients, which can be quite challenging to gather at home, receives high praise. However, I did feel that the prices were unexpectedly not so cute! Haha. If you have a certain amount of food already decided, making it at home would likely be cheaper per serving 😂. Still, being open 24 hours is quite attractive, so it's convenient for a late-night snack after drinking or when you have a small hunger in the early morning!

After finishing, go to the self-service bar to choose dishes, and finally go to the hot water machine to cook it yourself. After cooking, find a seat and sit down. Eating ramen.

Let’s talk about the food. I don’t know if it’s because I chose Japanese style. The taste of the two ramen I chose was overshadowed by the saltiness. One was yuzu flavor and the other was sesame oil flavor. I only tasted the taste in the first bite. , and no salt was added for seasoning, but the salty taste of the soup covered up the taste of grapefruit or sesame oil. It may also be that the cooking ratio is wrong, but if you want to cook delicious instant ramen noodles, it is better to cook them at home😂
